作者简介

傅德印，Fu Deyin was born in Wongniute Banner, Inner Mongolia in 1965. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, Doctor of Economics, secondtier professor, and doctoral supervisor. He is awarded as the outstanding teacher of the Province, an expert enjoying the State Council governmentsubsidy. He is the Vice President of the National Statistical Society of China, and a member of the Statistics Undergraduate Education Committee of the Ministry of Education. He is also a candidate for the "New Century Excellent Talents Support Program" launched by the Ministry of Education, and a top-tier candidate for the Statistics Discipline Leader of Gansu Province, Presently, he is President and Deputy Party Secretary of China University of Labor Relations (CULR).
