本书立足百年未有之大变局和全球南方力量崛起背景，通过追溯中非达累斯萨拉姆共识形成的背景与历程，研究阐释“共识”的核心内涵，考察中国与非洲等全球南方力量对中非共建现代化的期待以及共识产生的国际影响，探索新形势下中非共建现代化、构建中非命运共同体、实现共同富裕的路径。通过追溯背景、阐释内涵、描绘全球南方国家对共建现代化进程的期待及其国际影响。

作者简介

王珩，现任浙江师范大学非洲研究院（非洲区域国别学院）党委书记、副院长、博导、教授，中宣部宣传思想文化青年英才、省高校创新领军人才，浙江省第十三届政协委员、省政治学会副会长、省区域国别与国际传播研究智库联盟首席专家、省新型重点专业智库执行负责人、省部共建协同创新中心学术委员会副主任、中央网信办网络空间国际治理研究基地领军人才。主要研究非洲发展与中非关系，主持国家社科基金课题3项、省部级以上重点课题十余项，出版专著5部，发表论文多篇，多篇报告获中央部委采纳或批示，获评获省教学成果奖等多项。
